Officers are required to work with various departments in CSC.
Duties of the temporary staff include:
Manage files and folders in SharePoint
Copy/paste data between different Excel files in SharePoint
Export registration data from a system, use Excel functions/formulas to clean up the registration data in preparation for importing the data into another system
Check/create user licenses and enroll participants to the classes in the Online Learning Managing system through importing of data files.
Maintain and monitor the participants' user license accounts using Excel functions and formulas. Unregister participants' user license accounts on a periodic basis.
To work with approximately 150 classes a month in the Online Learning Managing system
To work with approximately 50 Institute Development Officers and Course Administrators on participants' licenses in the Online Learning Managing system
On a periodic basis, download the participants' eLearning completion status report from the system into Excel spreadsheets. Use Excel functions/formulas to reconcile these periodic reports to obtain the eLearning completion results for the participants.
Update participants' completion results in the registration system.
Any other general Course Administrator duties
Job Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, experience in administration
Have prior working experience in consolidating and comparison of data from different Excel files using Excel functions and formulas
Meticulous, systematic and organized
Good writing skills
