- Receptionist / Logistic
Responsibilities:
- The main work involves use of secretarial skills in editing and sending reports; data entry and verification, maintenance of database, web updating, answering customer calls, filing and assisting the Sales Managers.
- Arranging logistics of outbound and inbound items.
- Maintain sample results and sample usage summary for each customer
- Assist in Receptionist duties.
- Relevant Experience
- Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice period
