Job Responsibilities:

• Frontline support, including inbound and outbound calls, and emails.
• Handle patients with registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, referral, and payment.
• Provide administrative support as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• 5.5 day work-week
• Open to candidates with no experience, seeking to join the healthcare industry
• Candidate who is able to speak mandarin will have an added advantage as the role will require supporting Chinese patients that does not understand English.
• Comfortable with travelling to different locations:

• North and North-East: Kallang, Geylang Bahru, Hougang, Ang Mo Kio, Woodland, Yishun
• North Central: Orchard
