Job Description

Singaporeans onlyJob Details:

• Salary : $2500-$3000
• Time : any 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays; 7:30am - 4:30pm / 1-10pm
• Location : Great world / Tanglin ( can choose)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle all customer service-related matters at Customer Service Counter
• Maintain high level of customer service standards
• Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
• Brand ambassador of the mall, promoting Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities
• Support Marcom in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program and any other marketing initiatives as and when required
• Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in related field
