Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiry.
  • Assist in preparing quotations and order processing.
  • Monitor delivery and liaise with customers.
  • Follow up on enquiries and on time payment by customers.
  • Maintain good rapport and improve good customer relations.
  • Ensure all enquiries and orders are processed, checked, documented and filed.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
  • N level / O level / Nitec / Higher Nitec or at least 2 years working experience in similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Attentive to details, effective follow up skills and customer oriented mindset
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • 5 working days per week
  • Working location : Joo Koon
Intensive in house training will be providedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,900.00 - $3,100.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • Performance bonus
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
