Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Handle basic client inquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp; direct complex issues to consultants.
After-Service Support:
Assist with post-appointment follow-ups, scheduling, and client guidance on forms or general info.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform data entry, update records, prepare reports, and support daily office functions.
Consultant Support:
Help with ad hoc duties like organizing files, preparing meeting materials, or sending reminders.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any related field (preferred)
Prior admin or assistant experience is a bonus; fresh grads welcome
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to work independently and handle confidential information
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
