Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm
Salary: $2,000 to $2,800
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients on daily operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory matters.
Perform accurate data entry and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Handle order processing: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, cancellations, etc.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including preparation for stock takes and audits.
Prepare timely and accurate monthly reports and billing documents in coordination with the accounts team.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email or phone.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and security protocols.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for audits and traceability.
Uphold housekeeping and 5S standards in the office area.
Support internal and external audits as required.

Job Requirements
Minimum O-Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or customer service role preferred.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with WMS is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
