Job Description

The perfect candidate for this job will have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and the ability to work independently.





Responsibilities:



Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Provide customers with information about products and services. Process customer orders and payments. Update customer accounts. Resolve customer service issues. Refer customers to other departments as necessary. Maintain confidentiality of customer information.


Qualifications:



At least one year of customer service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, can-do attitude The ability to stay calm under pressure * Basic computer skills
