Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Assistant:
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate both existing and new customer accounts to ensure smooth operations and service satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound phone and email communications promptly and professionally.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and logistics partners.
Prepare and issue shipment quotations, arrange deliveries, and monitor shipment progress according to customer requirements.
Support administrative and operational tasks to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Perform data entry, document management, and report preparation related to customer service and logistics operations.
Job Requirements:
GCE 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or account management preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable using digital systems.
Able to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
