Provide front-line customer service
Sale of tickets and any other relevant products / services at counter
Ensure that passengers have the necessary and valid travel documents, passports and tickets
Assist passengers in checking-in at counter and issue boarding pass
Attend to enquiries over the counter and via phone
Assisting passengers who require special assistance
Requirements :
'N' or 'O' Levels with PC knowledge
Able to commit morning / afternoon shifts
Able to commit weekends and public holidays
* Customer service oriented
