Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • \xe2\x80\x93 Respond to customers\xe2\x80\x99 calls and emails, and answer questions about product and delivery services
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Process delivery orders and ensure they are fulfilled
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Handle customer complaints or concerns
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Processing of digital customer servicing order forms
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Prepare the delivery schedule for Logistic Department to prepare goods for delivery
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Manage incoming faxes, particularly faxes from showroom
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Manual sorting of Sales Order (SO) by delivery date
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Update daily Delivery Schedule
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Prepare Daily Balance Collection report
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Initiate system notification to push SMS alerts to customers to confirm delivery timing
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Retrieve Sales Order data from SAP and prepare daily Paperless Delivery Schedule in excel spreadsheet one day before delivery

Requirements:

  • \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum CGE O-Level and above
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Outstanding phone and email etiquette
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Preferably with 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer service or an administrative role
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Preferably with experience in ERP or SAP systems
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin is a must in order to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking customers
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Good communication skill
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Team player, self-driven, responsible, with integrity and able to work under pressure
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Able to start work with short notice

Office Working Hours:

5 days\xe2\x80\x99 week with one-off day to be taken from Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Saturday, and rest day on Sunday.
  • \xe2\x80\x93 8.00am to 5.30pm / 10.00am to 7.30pm (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Thu)
  • \xe2\x80\x93 8.00am to 5.00pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm (Fri)
