Job Description

Our client is looking for a proactive and organised individual to join us as a Customer Service Assistant. If you enjoy helping others, keeping things in order, and want to grow in a supportive environment -- this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :
Client Communication Support
Respond to basic client queries via email, phone, or WhatsApp and direct complex inquiries to the appropriate consultant.
After-Service Client Support
Assist with post-appointment follow-ups, scheduling, and helping clients with forms or general information.
Administrative Tasks
Perform data entry, update client records, prepare simple reports or documents, and support day-to-day office operations.
General Consultant Support
Assist with ad hoc duties such as organizing digital files, preparing materials for meetings, or sending reminders -- all to help consultants stay organized and focused on client needs.
Requirements :

  • Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or related field preferred
  • Previous admin or assistant experience a plus, but open to fresh candidates
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
