Key Responsibilities :
Client Communication Support
Respond to basic client queries via email, phone, or WhatsApp and direct complex inquiries to the appropriate consultant.
After-Service Client Support
Assist with post-appointment follow-ups, scheduling, and helping clients with forms or general information.
Administrative Tasks
Perform data entry, update client records, prepare simple reports or documents, and support day-to-day office operations.
General Consultant Support
Assist with ad hoc duties such as organizing digital files, preparing materials for meetings, or sending reminders -- all to help consultants stay organized and focused on client needs.
