  • Provides excellent customer service to support "Welbilt brands" parts order fulfillment, warranty and aftermarket processes. Review order backlog and improve on the schedule shipping dates for customer. Manage the shipping of parts from parts hub to customers in rest of Asia. Review and process warranty claims from customers. Support in aftermarket process or initiatives.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers in the region. Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain < 2 working days turnaround time for order confirmation.
  • Ensure that customer receives correct shipping documentation upon shipment.
  • Ensure timely review of warranty claims and 100% processing within monthly cutoff.
  • Upon closure of service level agreement, interview the customer immediately to develop an implementation agreement. Execution of agreement, starting from quotation issuance, obtain purchase order, order creation and confirmation, shipping, and invoicing to customer.
  • Closely collaborated with key stakeholders, including Sales Team and Service Team on meeting customers\' needs, and ensuring timely parts deliveries in Rest of Asia.
  • Perform bi-annual review of parts inventory and parts stocking list for key channel partners in the sub region assigned.
  • Review of parts return request and manage the return with FAS and parts hub or brands.
  • Ensure accuracy in the parts pricing and quantities on sales order acknowledgement.
  • Review of warranty claims and send for processing before monthly cutoff.
Job Requirement:
  • Microsoft Office
  • Experience in using ERP system such as Oracle and SAP.
  • A strong passion for customer satisfaction, problem solving skills and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, parts order management, warranty claim management.
  • Diploma in Business Administration / Engineering
  • Minimum 1-3 years of related experience
