  • Attend to office phone call
  • Provide and maintain good customer service
  • Handle all customer enquiries through Facebook, Instagram, Email, WhatsApp and Google Review and follow up to ensure resolution in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Attend and record all customer service complaints and coordinate feedback and investigation findings under teams.
  • Consolidate monthly feedback report and reward program.
  • Handle addition/void of member\xe2\x80\x99s points from email and WhatsApp.
  • Handle and appeal all Grab refund/cancellation
  • Book and handle all online and bulk orders through Lalamove\xe2\x80\x99s in a timely manner
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately (e.g.: serving drinks etc.)
  • Maintaining office equipment/facilities (e.g.: copier, shredder, meeting rooms, pantries, etc.)
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month Education:
  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
  • 50% (Preferred)
