Job Description
5 days work week. Need to work during weekend.
To provide support and attend to customer enquiries and complaints on all related products.
RESPONSIBILTIES
(1) Attend to customers' enquires via email, phone or face to face.
(2) To prepare documents pertaining to Redemption of free gifts.
(3) To promote the Sales of Accessories for Cameras.
(4) To assist in the Online Workshop Registration.
(5) To register consumers for events.
(6) To prepare Corporate Redemption.
(7) To maintain overall cleanliness and operations of our Studio.
(8) Any other tasks as per assigned by the management.
