Job Responsibilities:

Ensure daily Administrative support duties, continuous improvement/ ad-hoc projects are performed
Support Indices tracking for Warehouse (eg Cost, Operation, Productivity) and perform system data postings as required
Undertake Supplier management to ensure a cost effective supply of indirect materials for warehouse production use
Conduct basic request for quotation (RFQ), raise purchase order and ensure basic compliance
Coordinate with vendors as required on matters such as repair/installation
Provide support to Facilities / Quality Engineering as required
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
