Handle customers\' phone inquiries and process orders via customer care hotline, email, sales order.
Ensure important information with regards to special delivery are communicated with the Warehouse Team.
Maintain records of all inventory transactions according to the requirements of the organization.
Provide admin support such as filing and retrieval of documents when requires.
Assist to perform annual stock-take.
Requirements
Minimum GCE \'N\' or \'O\' Levels and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of the SAP system is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
