Job Description

  • Manage incoming calls, schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Send treatment reminders and update patient records accurately
  • Process patient discharges, dispensing prescribed medication
  • Collect payments and issuing receipts
  • Assist with CHAS/Medisave/insurance claims
  • Record all treatment charges and retail sales
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and presentable front desk area
  • Assist Clinic Manager with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Min 2 years experience as clinic reception
  • Min Nitec
  • Working hours 5.5 days a week (shift)
  • Proficient in computer skills
