About the Role
Join our Sales Operations / Customer Service team! You'll handle customer enquiries, process orders, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics for Refrigeration & HVAC products. Training provided, fresh grads welcome.
What You'll Do
Handle customer calls, emails & WhatsApp enquiries Provide stock, price & delivery info Prepare quotations & process sales orders Coordinate with overseas factories & suppliers on purchase orders Work with logistics partners on shipments & deliveries Support returns, warranty cases & follow-ups Assist with billing, invoices & simple finance checks Maintain accurate records in our system
Requirements
Diploma or Degree equivalent Customer service / supply chain experience a plus Comfortable with ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP, etc.) Good communication in English (other languages a plus) Basic Excel/Google Sheets (vlookup, pivot) Organized, detail-oriented & a team player
