As Customer Service Associate you will be reporting to the Boutique Manager and is repsonsble for store operation and provide customer service to the clients.

Adecco is collaborating with one of well-known French Luxury Retail Company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for overall store operations
• Provide full range support to the store operations, for ensuring efficiency and fast replenishment of stocks on the shop floor and shortening the waiting time of the clients.
• Organize the product in the stock room in accordance with company\'s guidelines
• Follow daily placement of items for sales, in line with articles available in stoc
• Responsible for queue management and customer service
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.

Ensure store maintenance is in compliance with safety regulations and security procedures, and the display of products are presented in accordance with specifications. * Monitor the supply management for package order, stationery, staff uniform, and store maintenance.

• Support the store management in the execution of the administrative and back-office store duties.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years\' experience in luxury store experience.
• Knowledge of stock organization and operations experience, IT systems operations
• Good communication skill and customer service skill, good team player, fast-paced and adaptable at new and dynamic environment.
