RELEVANT EXPERIENCE -

  • Travel BPO Experience of at least 6 months (Airline process) OR 1 year international BPO Experience (voice process)
  • Preferably with experience in travel process (air/hotel/car reservations)
  • High attention to details
  • Above average verbal communication and excellent written communication skill required
  • Open to work on different schedules and assignments
