Job Description
Position: Customer Service Associate (With Class 3 License)Salary: $1,800 - $2,200 + OT + Incentives
Location: West
Working Hours / Days: 8.00am - 5.00pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
8.00am - 12.00pm / 9.00am - 1.00pm / 2.00pm - 6.00pm (Sat or Sun)
Responsibilities:
- Handles all customer enquiries and selling optional services
- Process customers' orders
- Arrange cars to be ready for customers
- Collect or deliver vehicles to customers' offices or hotels
- Collate all transactions into daily business reportRequirements:
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service
- Minimum GCE "O" / "N" Level
- Valid Class 3 license is a MUST
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of personal computer software programs
