Job Description




The Customer Service Associate must ensure that the highest level of support is provided to internal and external customers as requested.

In this role, you will handle internal and external customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately. You are also responsible for processing customer orders swiftly and efficiently, checking them before processing onto the system.

Task:

  • Order Management:
    • Support quotation and checking stock status.
    • Order processing and confirmation.
    • Monitor and follow up on pending orders, delivery schedule, backlog status, payment issues and the any order requirement.
  • Demo loan program support – Evaluation Kit and samples
  • RMA process support with FAE
  • Management of CRM program (both internal and external)
  • Distributors Support : Catalogue/Literature/Sales Tools/Localization (if required).
  • Support general office administration tasks.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales administration.
  • Good with MS office (Words, Excel & Pivot Table).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM platform will be an advantage.
  • Detail oriented with an accurate working style.
  • Good communication skills with internal as well as external interfaces and excellent manners with customers.
  • Fluent in English communication, both written and spoken.
