Customer Service Associate Salary range: $2600 - $2800 We are looking for an experienced customer service associate to help customers with questions or concerns regarding our company processes. Your Customer Service Associate Salary range: $2600 - $2800 We are looking for an experienced customer service associate to help customers with questions or concerns regarding our company processes. Your duties will include communicating with customers in-person, over the phone or via email, helping them fill out forms, making note of each customer interaction, and assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks when not liaising with clients. Responsibilities: Handle customers' queries and feedback (face-to-face, telephone or written) Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers on company processes, and provide accurate tracking and reporting on customer interactions and issues Support database management Provide administrative support Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor/manager Requirements: A personable nature that allows you to connect with people from various backgrounds The ability to keep customers calm and help them feel at ease, even in confusing situations A proactive approach in learning about the company and its processes, to provide sound advice to customers Excellent written and verbal communication, enabling them to assist customers in-person, over the phone or by email.
