Job Summary:

\xc2\xb7 5 days work week (Mon - Sun)

\xc2\xb7 9.5 hours per day (Hybrid arrangement by roster)

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Handle web-chat queries and inbound calls

\xc2\xb7 Respond to customer emails, update and record customer information in CRM

\xc2\xb7 Investigate and provide solutions to complex cases or complaints

\xc2\xb7 Review and enhance work processes with internal and external stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Additional Information:

\xc2\xb7 Applicant with Contact Centre experience will be an advantage

\xc2\xb7 Excellent writing and communication skills
