Responsibilities



  • 1st point of contact for Customer Support and Escalation
  • Answering phone calls and inquiries
  • Telemarketing
  • Ensure follow up on cases escalated
  • Answering questions and providing information to customers
  • Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned



Requirements




  • Min Diploma / Degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Positive working attitude and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
