Customer Service | CEI-Certified (Remote/WFH)

To handle dispute resolution and contract-related issues. This role focuses on solving problems between clients and helpers in a professional and timely manner. Occasional sales accepted.




Responsibilities:



Handle and resolve disputes between employers and domestic helpers Review and clarify contract terms and resolve misunderstandings Liaise with agencies and clients to ensure smooth communication Assist in sales or client consultations when needed Maintain accurate records of disputes and resolutions
