Act as liaison between customers and nannies to ensure a smooth deployment
Follow up with customers on their experience with our nannies
Managing schedule of different customers and nannies
Answering customer queries on our products and services
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Administrative tasks related to customer's job requirements
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements
Our nannies are mostly mandarin speaking
Diplomas, general education degree or equivalent
3 years of working experience in Customer Service-related roles
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
