Job Scope:



Efficiently manage incoming orders, ensuring prompt processing while maintaining strong customer relationships. Support the end-to-end order-to-cash process with a focus on accuracy and service excellence. Register and process customer orders received via email, phone, or other communication channels. Ensure all orders are accurately processed and transferred to logistics for delivery; escalate any delivery or invoicing issues to the Supervisor. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt responses and resolving basic complaints. Maintain proper documentation through systematic registration, filing, and archiving of customer service records. Coordinate closely with the customer service team to ensure smooth administration of customer orders. Manage purchase orders, goods receipt, and related procurement tasks. Provide general administrative support on an ad-hoc basis as required.



Job Requirement:



Candidate with Admin / Customer service / sales support/ order management experience will have added advantages Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
