Job scope:





liaise with customers and kitchen for customised orders and other enquires, via WhatsApp / email Interact with customer, mainly during collection of item + walk in service checking and packing of orders facilitate collection of cake orders by arranging logistics, walk-in customers and ensuring timely fulfilment of all orders quick response time, polite and accurate service, able to recommend / give suggestions basic photography and videography for social media some administrative work


This role is 5 days:


9.30-7pm (Tues-Sat)


8.30-6pm (Sun)


Off Monday and Tuesday
