Position Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Working Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Salary Package: Up to $3200 + AWS

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with customers to ensure all container specifications are accurate and adequately loaded onto the ship.
Utilize PSA Portnet system to oversee and track vessel berthing schedules.
Generate customer orders and enter them into the company\'s internal system.
Handle and manage customer orders through the CTMS platform.
Keep meticulous records of customer inventory and logistical activities within the CTMS database.
Compile and maintain reports concerning inventory levels and status.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum GCE \'N/O\' Levels with 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Candidates with experience in PSA Portnet and CTMS will be advantageous
