Job Scope
  • Handle inquiry, prepare quotation, handle shipment activation and cross trade shipments.
  • Coordinate with customers for their incoming and outgoing goods
  • Coordinate with Overseas Agent for shipment activities
  • Understand import and export process
  • To complete all required documentation on time.
  • Handle customer\'s complaint and claims, take appropriate action and/or notify relevant person and office to prevent a re-occurrence of customer complaints.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in reports
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned
Requirement
  • GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience experiences
