Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, visitors or students, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
Handle phone, email, and counter enquiries on company products, programs, or services.
Coordinate customer appointments, registrations, or test-drive / class schedules as required.
Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and other administrative documents accurately.
Support daily operations such as data entry, filing, billing, and coordination between departments (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, or Operations).
Maintain customer databases, follow up on outstanding matters and ensure timely responses.
Ensure showroom / reception / front desk area is tidy, and materials or display items are in order.
Support marketing or event activities such as roadshows or client visits when required.
Provide general administrative assistance to management and colleagues.
Requirements:
Relevant customer service or admin coordination experience in sectors such as retail, education, logistics, automotive, or healthcare has advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills - cheerful, confident and service-minded.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Word / email systems; able to handle simple data entry and documentation.
Flexible to work weekends, Public Holidays or events (with off-in-lieu provided).
