Basic information:


5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri): 9am - 6pm Buona Vista



Job scope:


Process orders, transactions, and related documentation efficiently. Resolve issues and manage customer complaints effectively. Gather and analyze customer feedback to support service improvement. Conduct proactive outreach to strengthen customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Risk, Global Offices, Finance, Accounts, Quotation, etc.) to identify potential risks and ensure smooth execution. Anticipate and resolve delivery-related issues before they escalate. Follow company SOPs to maintain operational consistency and compliance.



Job requirement:


Candidates with experience in FMCG sectors will be advantageous
