Customer Service Coordinator
to support our clients and ensure they receive the best service from start to finish.What You'll Do
Handle client inquiries and provide timely updates Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly Maintain accurate client records and documentation Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Support customer engagement activities and feedback collection
What We're Looking For
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree holder, in any field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask Customer-focused with a positive, problem-solving attitude Experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
