Handle enquiries about our services through multiple platforms.
follow up closely to close the deal.
Create bookings, manage schedules and reminder cleaners for upcoming jobs
Follow up and send reminders on outstanding payments.
Manage and solve Customer's complaints and feedback promptly.
Support the operations in the daily activities.
Job Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Service-oriented with good communication skills
