Job Description




Issue accurate invoicing and job production order. Building customer relations to deliver optimal sales and aftersales support to our clients. Customer interaction includes online platforms messengers and live chats. Managing delivery routes of drivers. Ability to effectively work with a team. Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time. Staying up to date with multiple product knowledge and understanding customer needs across different services and assisting them. Possess a fair knowledge on how to use the computer system and its basic application. * Daily Adhoc tasks to be handled from time to time based on performance and strength.
