Job Description

Responsibilities:



Attend to customers' needs and inquiries promptly and professionally. Collect and analyze details to prepare product/service report summaries. Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction. Handle site permit applications, including Risk Assessment, Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work submissions. Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines, and follow up to ensure resolution. Assist with scheduling and placement of work orders. Be present onsite to coordinate and assist colleagues before and during repair works.

Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Good oral and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A team player who is willing to learn and adapt. * Singaporeans and PRs are encouraged to apply.
