Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
Act as a liaison between clients, supplier and other third parties.
Ensure a positive client experience by addressing concerns and providing personalized service.
Documentation and Reporting.
Prepare and submit progress updates, reports, and documentation to relevant parties.
Monitor the availability and allocation of manpower and materials etc.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Willing to attend calls or travel island-wide when necessary
