Job Responsibilities:The incumbent will be responsible but not limited to:-
Assists in handle and resolve all customer queries effectively and promptly.
Delegate calls to respective technician.
Escalating service support issue when required, and follow up on problematic calls.
Review, verify and updating of completed jobs such as technical and general service (GS) etc.
Preparation of supporting documents for credit and debit note.
Uploading of meter reading and generation of Meter Reading Report.
Any other adhoc duties assigned.
Period:
6 months renewable contract
Location:
West area (Shuttle service provided)

Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 8.45 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm
Salary:
Up to $3300
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School, "N" Level or higher.
2 to 3 years of customer service experience in call center.
Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel formula & pivot table.
Candidate with experience in SAP System is preferred.
Customer centric mentality, comfortable handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 calls and emails.
Good project management skills with strong communication skills.
Excellent skills in time management to be able to meet deadlines and pressure and to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
