Job Description


--The Opportunity:

  • Our Client, MNC Gas Engineering Company
  • Location: Jurong Island
  • Basic Salary: Up to $3,000
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are captured and invoices are checked before dispatch.
  • Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery timelines, and inquiries, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Manage service events, ensuring proper documentation and invoicing.
  • Escalate complex issues to management for resolution and alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety.
  • Foster strong relationships across departments to improve processes and promote corporate values.
Job Requirements:
  • Prior experience in handling purchase orders and customer service.
  • Proficiency in SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to manage customer inquiries and coordinate across departments effectively.
  • Familiarity with service event management and accurate documentation practices.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience;
