Customer Service CoordinatorThe Opportunity:

  • Permanent position
  • Working hour: 8:30 - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Good learning opportunites and strong exposure in an MNC company.
  • Up to $3,300 + AWS
The Job:
  • Efficiently manage order receipts, ensuring timely order processing while maintaining strong customer interactions and relationships.
  • Contribute to the order-to-cash process by ensuring excellence in order processing.
  • Enter and process customer orders into the system, received via email, phone, or other customer communication channels.
The Talent:
  • Diploma in business studies/management.
  • 1-3 years' work experience in customer services / order management.
  • Good intercommunication skills and able to work independently
