Job Description
- Salary $2,400 to $3,300+ Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Experience with 2-3 years in hospitality reception experience in Hotel/Tourism/Retail Services industry will be an advantage.
- Providing excellent customer service and advising promotions.
- Assisting Card Members / customers with their enquires and needs.
- Support with any events and promotional activities whenever required.
- Assist with GST and claims, gift warps, sale of vouchers, card member queries.
- Minimum O level and above.
- Basic Microsoft knowledge is a must.
- Possess good communication skills and friendly disposition
- One-year experience in frontline, retail or customer service job /environment is highly preferred
- Willing to work 8hrs, 2 rotating shifts, on weekends and public holidays
- 5 days work including weekends and Public Holidays
- Retail hours, 2 Rotating shifts 09.30 - 18.30 & 12.40 - 21.40
