Job Description
Customer Service Counter Representative in the shopping mall, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by assisting them with various inquiries and services. Your role will involve handling GST claims, member enquiries, gift wrapping services, distributing shopping vouchers, and updating customers on current events and promotions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in hospitality reception, with 2-3 years of work experience in the Hotel/Tourism/Retail Services industry, will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and claim procedures is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Willing to work 8hrs, 2 rotating shifts, on weekends and public holidays
- 5 days work including weekends and Public Holidays
- Retail hours, 2 Rotating shifts 09.30 - 18.30 & 12.40 - 21.40
