Customer Service is an integral part of our organisation. Our Customer Service Team plays a pivotal role in supporting our sales and marketing functions, ensuring customer satisfaction at every point of engagement with our customers. We are especially seeking individuals who believe strongly in superior customer service standards to come join our team. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all pre-sales and post sales activities that contribute to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s growth
  • Enhance customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction by providing solutions to their needs
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, monitor customer orders, record keeping, keep Customers informed of their order status and ensure timely deliveries
  • Attend internal / external training to expand your capabilities
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • IT and numerical skills
We are located at 55 Toh Guan Road East; operating on a 5-day work week.
