:
Assist in daily administrative works
Handling incoming calls on Service hotline
Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, etc
Schedule and coordinate daily appointments for servicing, installation, and repair jobs
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
Attend to customer queries and schedule appointments with service teams
Follow up on quotations, appointments, and pending customer responses
Liaise with technicians, sales team, and operations department to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare quotation and emails
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirement:
Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days work
Minimum 'O' Level & Computer literate
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and able to work independently and possess good work attitude
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field will be an advantage
