Job Description

• 2 headcounts (one for engineer, one for customer service cum technical staff)
• Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.45pm
• Japanese MNC
• Global leader in the development, manufacture, and sale of motors and automation equipment
• Benefit: Mobile Phone + Transport (claim basis)

• Indoor sales support
• Handle customer enquiry & suggesting solution based on customer's requirement
• To build and maintain good rapport/relationship with existing customers
• Filter potential customer
• Understand AC/BL/ST/ACT product knowledge
• Provide Technical seminar for local & overseas customers
• Handle customer's technical enquiries, field service & setup support
• Understand AZ network product together with PLC (if possible)
• Provide network setup support to customers

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good communication skill, warm hospitality, work attitude
• Able to accept new challenges
• Willing to learn new technical contents
• Good negotiation skill
• Able to work independently

Education requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electronic Electrical Engineering (EEE) or any related Engineering course of study
• Simple trouble shooting skills
