Working hours

• 2 rosters
• 5 working days per week (weekends may be required)

• Manage telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
• Handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Explore and introduce different services and options that are available to clients.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
• Maintain and update customer\xe2\x80\x99s records.
• Handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Seek to understand customers, use problem solving skills and improve customer experience

Requirements:

• Min diploma or GCE O/N levels
• Positive attitude, independent
• Good command of spoken and written English
• A pleasant voice, positive telephone manner as well as attentive listening and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and is a team player
• Experience in call centre, banking or customer service environment is helpful but not required
• Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
