  • Attend to incoming enquires and prepare quotation
  • Assist Customer Service Manager in carrying out sales and marketing activities
  • Establish close relationship and rapport with decision makers
  • Develop strategies and plans to generate sale orders and new account
  • Compile and document customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and draft Contract Agreement as and when required
  • Liaise with Customer Service Manager to review and discuss the proposed contractual requirements
  • Liaise with Logistic Coordinator to arrange for off-site delivery activities
  • Verify and register customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaint if any
  • Preparation of sales contract agreement and/or quotation
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time

Working Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm)
