Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Handle user enquiries – to bridge with Sales Manager/SG Mail Management for Sales request and with L2 team for technical questions
  • Coordinate sales by working with agencies, Sales Manager and SG-Mail management
  • Coordinate the project implementation with agencies/users and L2 to complete the implementation
  • Coordinate billing with NTT SG Mail finance team
  • Ensure that assigned infrastructure at client site is configured, installed, tested and operational
  • Assist in analysing, assigning and escalating support calls
  • Provide onsite technical support to clients and provide field engineering services to clients
  • Provide continuous feedback to clients and affected parties, updating all system and/or portals as prescribed by NTT
  • Conduct monthly random review of incidents and service requests to analyse and recommend improvements in quality
Requirements
  • Diploma in IT/Computing
  • 1-3 years in roles of similar capacity
  • Demonstrated experience required in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization with exposure in Managed Services
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of ITIL processes
